STAYVN (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an enterprise decision intelligence platform. We operate the services available at stayvn.com and related subdomains (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and any profile details you provide. If you sign in with Google OAuth we receive your Google account’s name and email address.
Organization data
If you create or join an organization workspace we collect the organization name, logo, industry, and business category you provide.
Documents you upload
When you upload documents to a project we store those files in encrypted private storage scoped to your organization. We do not read your documents beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
Usage data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and IP address. This data is used to operate and improve the platform.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and (with your consent) understand aggregate usage patterns. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the consent banner.
3. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate your identity and manage your session
- Process document uploads and run AI analysis within your workspace
- Send transactional emails (magic links, password resets, invitations)
- Respond to your support requests
- Monitor and analyse usage to improve the Service
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances:
Service providers
We use third-party vendors (including Supabase for authentication and storage, and cloud AI providers) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
Organization members
Within your workspace, other members of your organization may see your display name, email address, and role as part of the member management features.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities.
Business transfers
If STAYVN is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons. Documents you delete from the platform are removed from storage within 7 days.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and comprehensive audit logging. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
